Medford Sunrise Rotary collaborates with Operation Yellow Ribbon in their support of our troops overseas. (See attached video link)
Three times a year Murphy's Markets on Stokes Road in Medford graciously allows the Medford Sunrise Rotary to collect needed items for our overseas troops. Very kind and generous shoppers bring us bags of listed items, which are boxed up for the troops. Sometimes a customer will donate cash, which is also needed to cover the postage of sending out the boxes to our service men and women.
The next time when you are shopping at Murphy's Markets and you see the Medford Sunrise Rotary handing out paper lists of items, remember we are supporting our brave men and women fighting overseas.
